Biography
Robyn Collver is Senior Vice-President, Secretary and General Counsel of Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited. Ms. Collver received her undergraduate degree from Acadia University and her LL.B. from the University of Toronto. She articled and then practiced corporate and securities law at Cassels Brock and Blackwell until September, 2002. She has been employed by Canadian Tire for over ten years, five of which were spent forming Canadian Tire Bank and then acting as General Counsel of Canadian Tire’s Financial Services division. She has been in her current role for over five years and manages over 60 employees, twenty of whom are lawyers practicing law in Ontario, Quebec and Alberta. Robyn recently assumed responsibility for the business sustainability and product stewardship teams at Canadian Tire.
