Sunshine signs tentative deal with Changjiang Investment Group CALGARY — Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. has identified a huge Chinese industrial conglomerate as the partner with which it has been negotiating a joint venture on its Muskwa and Godin oilsands leases. Speaking with Reuters after a visit to China, Oliver defended Canada’s rules that limit foreign purchases of oil sands.
