Curbs fail to end baby formula shortage, by Beatrice Siu, posted on The Standard

The health chief says the government is concerned that the supply of baby formula remains insufficient despite the two-can restriction on visitors leaving the SAR. Ko Wing-man said a government consultancy report on a stress test of formula supply pointed to several flaws in the supply chain.
