As we gear up for Christmas celebrations in the UK and look forward to a chocolate- fest, in Ghana they’re deep into the main cocoa harvest. The farmer members of Kuapa Kokoo co-operative are delivering their cocoa to their local society recorder, getting it checked for quality, weighed accurately, and being paid. Each cocoa sack is printed with a code that relates to Kuapa and the specific village the cocoa is from.
