This interactive workshop gives participants practical experience in building high‑quality turnaround work packages. Using group exercises and real examples, attendees will learn how to create clear, complete, and field‑ready packages that drive consistency and reduce execution risk. This session focuses on doing—not just listening. We will cover:

• Walking through each development phase step‑by‑step through planning, scoping, estimating, scheduling, and preparing for field execution
• Building complete work packages by assembling scope details, drawings, permits, materials lists, labour estimates, and safety requirements
• Defining quality expectations through hands‑on review of what “good” looks like in clarity, completeness, and the field
• Fixing common pitfalls by analyzing flawed or incomplete packages and working in groups to correct them
• Creating a field‑ready feedback loop to incorporate craft and frontline input into future package improvements
