• Establishing the turnaround goals and objectives, the core project team, steering committee and key stakeholders; understanding level of data needed in developing your turnaround
• Scoping—Defining the work scope, duration and cost triangle to design your critical path
• Scheduling—Developing a baseline execution schedule then fine tuning to optimize duration/cost and detail on how to build schedules
• Resolution of re-work and discovery work; Who pays for it and how are costs allocated?
• Managing shared resources across multiple Project Managers
• Material Management—establishing and executing a process for ordering, receiving, kitting, and issuing material throughout the event
• Logistics Detailing—Finalizing needs for logistics support items such as temp power, office space, and break tents
