Attend an extensive tour of Fero International Inc., a leading modular construction company located in Stoney Creek, Ontario.

Attendees will have an opportunity to learn more about modular construction and walk through 300,000 square feet of production area, the largest modular manufacturing facility under one roof in Canada.

Participants will view innovative production processes and technologies, with steel-framed modules in various stages of completion depending on the production schedule at the time of the visit. In the showroom, they will walk through the healthcare, residential, and emergency medicine prototypes.

How to Attend: Due to the limited availability, this tour is available for registered conference delegates only on a first-come, first-served basis. To add your name to the list, fill out the form below.

Terms & conditions:

  • This tour is available for registered conference delegates only.
  • Attendees must provide transportation to and from the station tour.
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided, including hard hat, safety toe covers, high visibility vest, and safety glasses.
  • For safety and security reasons, registered delegate information, including name, title and organization will be vetted by Canadian Institute and the Project Team prior to gaining access to the facility.
