During the pandemic, Mount Sinai embarked on the largest redevelopment project in the hospital’s history. The redevelopment involved transforming the Medical Device Reprocessing Department (MDRD) to ensure adequate support for expanded surgical spaces and services.

This is your opportunity to take part in a guided tour of Mount Sinai Hospital’s state of the art medical device and reprocessing department. The tour will provide a detailed examination of three critical zones:

  • Decontamination
  • Prep and Pack
  • Sterilization & Storage

How to Attend: Due to the very limited availability. Attendance will be selected by lottery. To add your name to the list, fill out the form below.

  • This tour is available for registered conference & expo delegates only.
  • Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to the site tour
  • For safety and security reasons, registered delegate information, including name, title and organization will be vetted by the Mount Sinai Hospital team prior to gaining access to the facility.
