It follows four turnaround readiness gates covering long-range planning and scope development, detailed work planning and procurement, pre-turnaround readiness and execution risk, and execution, startup, and post-turnaround review. \r\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n        <div class=\"faq-question\">Where and when will the conference take place?<\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n            The Virtual Shutdowns Readiness Clinic will take place online on October 14, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Mountain Time. \r\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n        <div class=\"faq-question\">Who should attend?<\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n            The clinic is designed for maintenance, reliability, operations, and turnaround professionals responsible for shutdown readiness, coordination, and field delivery. Relevant functions include planning and scheduling; shutdown, turnaround, and outage execution; contractor coordination; safety and process safety; permit-to-work and control-of-work; operations readiness; cost and project controls; materials, procurement, logistics; and startup, commissioning, and closeout. \r\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n        <div class=\"faq-question\">Which industries are represented?<\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n            The clinic is relevant to organizations that plan and execute industrial shutdowns, turnarounds, and outages, including oil and gas, petrochemicals, chemicals, mining, metals, utilities, power generation, pulp and paper, and other process industries.\r\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n        <div class=\"faq-question\">What topics are typically covered?<\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n            The program covers scope development and readiness, planning and scheduling, procurement and long-lead materials, contractor readiness, procedures and safety protocols, critical-path validation, execution risk, pre-shutdown field work, startup, closeout, and lessons learned. The four-session format is built around practical turnaround readiness gates from early planning through post-turnaround review.\r\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n        <div class=\"faq-question\">What will attendees learn?<\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n            Attendees will learn how to strengthen scope discipline, validate planning assumptions, secure long-lead resources, improve contractor and materials readiness, and verify field readiness before execution begins. The clinic also addresses critical-path protection, real-time risk monitoring, startup coordination, and using lessons learned to improve the next turnaround cycle.\r\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n        <div class=\"faq-question\">What types of experts typically speak at this conference?<\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n            The current faculty features senior practitioners and advisors with expertise in maintenance and turnarounds, planning, and scheduling. The program is designed around practical shutdown-readiness experience and execution-focused guidance. \r\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n        <div class=\"faq-question\">Which organizations are represented on the faculty?<\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n            Organizations currently represented on the faculty include Koch Fertilizer Canada ULC, Becht, Nutrien and Progressive Plan International. \r\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n        <div class=\"faq-question\">Are group discounts available?<\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n            Yes. Groups of 4\u20138 attendees from the same organization registering together receive a 10% discount, while groups of 9\u201312 receive a 15% discount. Organizations registering larger teams can contact the Canadian Institute for preferred group pricing; applicable discount restrictions may apply. \r\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n        <div class=\"faq-question\">What is the cancellation policy?<\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n            The cancellation policy for virtual events allows substitution requests in writing at least 5\u202fdays prior to the event. Virtual event cancellations submitted 60+ days prior are eligible for a full refund or credit memo. Cancellations for virtual events received between 11-60 days prior to the start date may choose a full credit memo or refund less a cancellation fee. Cancellations made fewer than 11 days before the event are non-refundable. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to <a href=\"mailto:customerservice@canadianinstitute.com\">customerservice@canadianinstitute.com<\/a>. \r\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n        <div class=\"faq-question\">What hotel accommodations are available?<\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n            This is a virtual event, so no hotel accommodations are required for attendance. \r\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n        <div class=\"faq-question\">Are CLE, CPD, or CME credits available?<\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n            CLE, CPD, or CME credit availability has not been confirmed for the Virtual Shutdowns Readiness Clinic.
