The 2026 program addresses CUSMA and tariffs, CFIA oversight, Health Canada\u2019s Healthy Eating Strategy, food product claims, AI and consumer privacy, food security, Quebec labelling requirements, recalls, food fraud, and Extended Producer Responsibility.\r\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n    <div class=\"faq-question\">Where and when will the conference take place?<\/div>\r\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n        The main conference will take place November 30\u2013December 1, 2026 at One King West Hotel &amp; Residence, 1 King St W, Toronto, Ontario M5H 1A1. A pre-conference virtual workshop on EPR in Canada is scheduled for November 23, 2026 from 9:00 a.m.\u201312:00 p.m. EST.\r\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n    <div class=\"faq-question\">Who should attend?<\/div>\r\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n        The conference is designed for in-house counsel, regulatory affairs executives, compliance and government affairs professionals, food safety and quality leaders, nutrition and labelling professionals, and business executives in the food and beverage sector.
