Women+Power is a growing community supporting women of all levels of experience working in or with Alberta’s power industry, along with the men who support us as allies. We provide opportunities for members to connect with, support, recognize, and inspire each other to empower women to achieve their full potential both professionally and personally. Through the power of community, we believe we can address the under-representation of women in the power industry by developing opportunities to promote increased diversity and inclusion, and work towards achievement of transformational change.
