DALE CLARKE has over 30 year’s experience in executing turnarounds for the Dow Chemical Company. He provides GTWP training to sites and TA Teams across the globe, and has been involved in various turnarounds in North America. Dale has served many businesses and sites as SME for turnarounds and Global Project Methodology (GPM) integration.

FRANK ENGLI is currently the Projects, Maintenance and Turnaround Manager at the Sarnia Manufacturing Center, Shell Canada Ltd. Prior to this, he was the Turnaround Manager at the Shell Canada Upgrader in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta and has over 30 years in the petrochemical industry. Over those years, he has held a number of different positions in engineering, project management, continuous improvement and turnaround and maintenance planning and execution.

KEVIN HEARN has worked as Process Advisor, Project Manager and Turnaround Manager for SemCAMS K3 facility since 1986 and has over 45 years of experience in process plant operations. His background includes 17 years with Atomic Energy of Canada in Heavy Water Plant operations and Project Management, and 30 years with Chevron, Central Alberta Midstream.

JIM PORTER is the owner of Porter Consulting Services Inc. Jim has worked on and been involved with shutdowns for over 20 years holding many positions ranging from a contractor supervisor, contracts and logistics manager, planner, scheduler, and shutdown manager. He has been involved in many types of projects including oil and gas, pulp and paper, chemical refineries and manufacturing.

KEN YURKIW is employed with Suncor Energy as the CSU Manager, Oil Sands Commissioning Group, Combined with his 24 year career at Dow Chemical, Ken has gained over 33 years of experience in the oil & gas and petrochemical industry. During this period he has performed various technical and leadership roles in operations, maintenance, turnarounds, and capital projects.
