The Canadian Institute offers two primary ways of partnering:
1. Sponsorship: A few organizations have the exclusive opportunity to participate as “marquee” sponsors at many The Canadian Institute conferences. Other companies choose to host or otherwise support a special reception, lunch or coffee break - all well-attended interludes during which your company gets the spotlight. Other kinds of sponsorship include Internet cafés, lanyards, documentation sponsorship, golf tournaments and hospitality suites.
2. Exhibiting: Many of our events include trade fairs and other exhibitor opportunities to enable relevant organizations to showcase their products and services to the highly qualified audience attending each event.
Depending on the type of conference and level of support, sponsorship and exhibitor promotion includes:
Pre-Conference: Recognition for sponsors on the cover of conference brochures, company profiles within the brochures, opportunities to do pre-conference mailings to conference delegates.
On-Site: Exclusive speaking opportunities, acknowledgement on signage and during the opening remarks of the conference, specially designed meal menus featuring sponsors’ corporate logo and profile, or sponsors’ promotional material inserted into the conference presentation binders or tote bags.
Post-Conference: Opportunities to do a post-conference, The Canadian Institute -facilitated mailing to all attendees or an electronic copy of the final attendee list.
