When will I receive my program material?
Delegates will receive a comprehensive set of program materials prepared by the speakers. These materials are intended to provide the participants with an excellent reference source after the event has taken place.

WE ARE GOING DIGITAL! As of May 1, 2012 The Canadian Institute is pleased to offer program materials electronically. All delegates will have access to review, download and print program materials prior to the start of the event. Access to the site will be live for 90 days after the event takes place in order to allow for late presentations to be uploaded.

Three or four days prior to the event registrants will receive an email from edocs@canadianinstitute.com containing instructions on how to access the site. This digital service replaces the CD-ROMs currently distributed to delegates online.
