Iain Kenny is a former detective in the Technological Crimes Unit of the Edmonton Police Service. At MNP LLP he has led and executed AML compliance program reviews and internal risk assessments for credit unions, money services bureaus, insurance companies, casinos and securities dealers.

Matthew McGuire has assisted reporting entities across Canada for nearly a decade in designing AML compliance programs, conducting compliance reviews, and responding to regulator actions. He is a founder
of the Canadian Institute for Financial Crime Analysis at Seneca College and a graduate and instructor of the University of Toronto’s Investigative and Forensic Accounting Program.

Barbara Cox is accountable for BMO's AML program on a global basis. Barbara is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, and prior to her appointment in 2009 as CAMLO, advised BMO on a range of legal and regulatory matters affecting financial institutions.

Mathew Wesolowski has been responsible for Bridgewater Bank’s compliance program since his appointment as CCO/CAMLO in 2007. He works with the bank advising on regulations and overseeing its regulatory programs and reporting requirements. He has been a member of the Law Society of Alberta since 1983.
